To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直想試一下這小店，但之前因疫情關係小店被迫關門了一陣子，而且店內位置不算太多，經常錯過了。今天上完課，下午茶時段終於可以嚐到。點了越南生牛肉河，清湯好喝，沒有太味精的感覺因為好多越菜店是令人食完要不等「灌水」以點味精。店舖只有老闆兩人（我估應該是老闆），可能因為這原因，食具是即棄的（這是我最失望，因為始終這很不環保明白人手不足，希望這能考慮一下。良心小店，話多唔多，希望能保住一間得一間。生牛肉河，生牛肉不錯，份量可能可以多少少粉。但整體不錯，會再次幫襯。
