To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日行經上環 想搵間平靚正下午茶食下 就去左間以前成日返工食晏既餐廳🍴 緬懷一下以前的味道呢個生牛肉湯河 牛肉大大塊 幾有牛香味唔肥膩 多蔥同埋有青檸、黃椒 即時令個湯既鮮味立即提升 辣辣地 好正 令整個湯既味道唔會甘寡 牛肉又薪唔「蘇」 好清新呢個撈蒙 要自己加魚露、酸辣汁調味 味道濃淡可跟個人喜好而加減 再配合埋佢多蔥多菜既配料 令原本無味既粉即刻變得好惹味 個香茅牛肉唔會太乾 但份量可以多返d就perfect啦 不過以港島區下午茶黎講 已經算便宜了👍🏻👍🏻

呢個撈蒙 要自己加魚露、酸辣汁調味 味道濃淡可跟個人喜好而加減 再配合埋佢多蔥多菜既配料 令原本無味既粉即刻變得好惹味 個香茅牛肉唔會太乾 但份量可以多返d就perfect啦 不過以港島區下午茶黎講 已經算便宜了👍🏻👍🏻
