2人越式海鮮餐,$268 ,因無材料,破例俾加錢轉左個牛柳粒做烏頭魚。越式香草焗大頭蝦,呢隻大頭蝦我之前從來未食過,唔知會否係越南出身,啲肉好夾,啲蝦膏好鮮甜,啲腳都好多肉,的確係值得一試!By the way,腳上面啲針好密,小心食用。酸辣明爐煮烏頭呢條烏頭用鐵魚爐上,用火滾住,仲有一大碗汁俾你乾水時加,窩心。啲肉好滑溜,有鮮味,個汁嘅酸味嚟自羅望子味,就咁飲未煮熱嘅汁會好酸,但一開爐煮滾後,酸味會中和番,配烏頭一齊酸辣味有提鮮之效。 蔗蝦,春卷,粉包,粉包裡面嘅鮮菇碎係我最鍾意嘅。再叫左杯青蘋果沙冰同鮮柑汁雜果冰,大滿足!
