九龍塘錦麗的位置是跟隨太興其下的敏華及亞參餐廳連繫著的。去錦麗,多數都是食生牛肉金邊粉,但今日見到個新餐牌頗為吸引便即管試一下。帽子火鍋($88), 在越式菜館都比較少見,是用上一頂越南帽子外型的鍋身來打邊爐,鍋身用來煮湯,鍋邊放著跟火車頭相似的食材,有牛肉眼,牛筋,熟牛肉,牛丸,魚丸,扎肉,蔬菜及金邊粉。湯底牛香清甜。熟牛肉夠淋身,牛肉眼嫩滑。份量都足夠2人食。火車頭飯($82)跟火車頭河粉的配料是完全不同的。火車頭河粉以牛為主,而飯就有香茅炸豬扒,肉質鬆軟入味。扎肉及家鄉魚餅味道微辣惹味。蔥油雞翼,蔥油可以用黎撈飯更好味。蛋是脆邊蛋。連飲品都有新攪作,有越式清保涼及羅望酸梅冰。清保涼選用龍眼、海帶、蓮子,薏米等材料沖調而成,清甜潤喉。而羅望酸梅冰就酸酸甜甜很開胃。兩杯的材料都十分豐富。
