初初覺得餐廳名字好有趣,但原來是我才疏學淺,第一郡,乃越南胡志明市的心臟地帶及核心商業區。見到餐廳名字咁把炮,一於試下。餐廳座位不算多,主要是卡位,可以舒舒服服咁食~米紙蝦卷$35 2 rolls米紙皮極薄,見到兩隻大蝦係入面,賣相好吸引!米紙綿綿軟軟的,內有大量菜蔬!非常有口感!醬汁有花生、洋蔥,好有質感!蟹膏番茄湯檬粉$50份量十足,有爽滑豬紅、豆卜、蟹膏。湯底酸酸甜甜好開胃。豆卜、蟹膏吸收哂湯底精華,好正!蟹膏食落仲會有點蟹黃油,好惹味。鴨蛋炆豬肉飯$50蔬菜湯清甜,先暖暖胃。鴨蛋味道濃郁。豬肉唔算好淋,不過好入味,鹹甜恰好。配上蕃茄、青瓜,更感清新。椰皇$25飲落都幾多!入口清甜,椰子味濃。係透心涼之選!本身想叫蔬菜燉牛腩同班蘭綠豆糕,但已經賣哂,希望餐廳之後可以預多少少份量啦!
