To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有嚐越南菜,所以試試此店,我們點了一個2人餐,小朋友鍾意食香口嘢,所以加點了春卷和蝦餅, 套餐有蜆港椰青蜆肉湯、芒果龍利柳米紙卷拼扎肉碎蒸粉包及柚子蝦沙律、蕃茄牛尾煲配蒜蓉包、馬拉盞炒通菜 虎蝦扎肉炒粉絲、附送飲品及甜品。湯略 鹹,米紙卷、蒸粉包、柚子蝦沙律味道ok, 蕃茄牛尾煲番茄味香濃, 配蒜蓉包食 一流,可惜牛份量較少,炒通菜有鑊氣, 炒粉絲夠惹味但略嫌油膩, 春卷和蝦餅炸得外脆內軟不油膩, 甜品椰汁糕香滑甜度適中, 整體食物質素 ok ,但食完後有點兒口乾
