這晚相約朋友吃越南菜,看到餐牌上繁多的選擇,我們都急不及待點滿一枱食物。我眼內的咖哩雞扒煲最吸引,咖喱味飄香,金黃色的蒜蓉包令人動容。咖哩雞扒肉厚而嫩,蒜蓉包吸收了滿滿的香濃咖喱,甚是好吃。而越味皇牛油蒜蓉雞翼,更是令我們大快朵頣,香脆的外皮滿是牛油香,雞翼肉多汁,令人回味。越味皇炸春卷也不錯,餡料有肉碎,粉絲,香菇,紅蘿蔔等,很香口爽脆。越味皇頂級生牛肉湯河是餐廳的招牌菜,湯底以新鮮牛骨熬製,味道香濃!牛肉份量多,多汁軟腍,非常吸引!然後,我們多點了越式炸蝦餅及越式柚子鮮蝦沙律。炸蝦餅很香口,蝦餅肉厚。柚子沙律偏酸甜,很開胃,附有兩隻大蝦。我和朋友各點了椰汁珍多冰和熱滋補龍眼茶,一杯很解渴消暑,一杯潤喉養生。
