To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥由第一間深水埗店,未叫三哥前已經幫襯到依家,轉眼10幾年,以前深水埗店在屋企樓下,一星期起碼食2,3次,搬到大窩口附近終於等到有分店開,初時都保持都水準,自從半年前開咗間新酒店係大窩口道之後,嗰啲乜乜團物物團及自由行出現之後,食品質素開始下降,以前嘅配菜腐皮明顯減少,還發現主料也偷工減料了,以前叫2款主菜跟現在少了一半,豬潤由以前2吋長半厘米厚到現在1吋幾mm厚,仲要碎濕濕得嗰5,6片,雖然加咗好多新款小食,但質素仍然係差咗,唔知喺咪個別店舖問題囉!我以前都一星期食一次,依家一個月一次,但水準就越見越差囉~
