To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶很久沒有吃過越南菜,這間越南菜之前試過也不錯,今天再來試一試。下午茶的選擇很多,有生牛肉河、海南雞飯、鮮茄牛腩飯、招牌三寶飯有豬頸肉,扎肉蒸蛋,馬拉盞豬頸肉炒米粉等等火車頭河粉材料很多,每樣餸菜也很好吃。湯底做得夠濃,但不會是過份鹹的那一種,河粉滑溜溜,不會過冧生牛肉河不是每間越南餐廳也做得好,不過這間越南餐廳的牛肉質素不錯,而且烹調技巧高超。牛肉處於半熟狀態,正是最好味的一刻。上枱已經聞到牛肉味,香噴噴,而且牛肉大大塊,很有滿足感。下午茶包了飲品,但加$8有特色飲品,青🍋梳打、鹹檸七一定要下次試試!

火車頭河粉材料很多,每樣餸菜也很好吃。湯底做得夠濃,但不會是過份鹹的那一種,河粉滑溜溜,不會過冧
