今日分享一間深水埗越式美味餐廳,深水埗其實好多卧虎藏龍,嚟食下越南菜都係一個好好嘅選擇,呢間店喺夜晚亦好多人流呢!我地二人食左招牌牛骨湯河粉。河粉的質感非常彈牙,入口即化。搭配滋味濃郁牛骨湯,每一口有牛肉的鮮香。裡面還有鮮嫩的生牛肉和豬肉丸,增添了口感的層次感。湯底的味道十分濃郁,喝起來令人回味無窮。另一碗招牌牛骨湯河,配上豬軟骨。豬軟骨的軟嫩口感和牛骨湯的香濃味道,既濃郁又清爽,非常開胃。除了湯河粉,仲有潘良帶子明蝦拌茄子。特色在於帶子和明蝦的鮮美,茄子的軟綿滑嫩,回味無窮。最後有熱柑桔蜜和凍柑桔蜜,帶有濃郁的柑桔香氣,非常適合在冬天享用。而凍柑桔蜜則是冰涼清爽,夏天吃來十分解渴。兩者各有特色呢。
