To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無係粉嶺食Lunch，原來開左唔少新餐廳。今次先試一間比較就腳既餐廳，下次先行入D試其他新野。餐廳食物價格唔算貴，全部都係$50樓下，選擇亦唔少，Lunch set仲包埋飲品。香茅豬扒撈檬 $46豬扒雖然切開左，但其實都幾大塊，不過無香茅味之餘，仲要好硬，雖然未到好韌好乾，但由於自己本身一邊牙痛，食得特別辛苦。檬粉唔會碎濕濕，配料都唔少，食落幾豐富。香茅豬頸肉撈檬 $46份量正常，男仔食既話應該唔飽。豬頸肉份量算多，而且睇圖都知道唔韌、夠肉味，食落爽口、少少彈牙，比豬扒好好多。
