To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

時間已是6時半,seminar 7時準時開始～Canteen似乎是一個不錯的選擇今期推廣越式食品,雖然之前未聽過有越式炒粉皮這道菜,但我還是點了可能因為肚子餓的關係，覺得炒得幾香,但食下去時,發覺調味醬炒得不均等,造成一囗過咸,一囗過淡的情況;相信如果師傅炒多一會兒,就會是一碟不錯的炒粉皮加了$20轉越式咖啡～只有越式咖啡的甜味～快餐來説,我要求不高,canteen尚算接受吧
