粉嶺以排開左幾間新餐廳,差不到每晚經過越北牛肉粉專門店見到好多人排隊,今日早小小6:30到達,不用等位。餐牌有單點和套餐選擇,晚市2人餐或一碗粉麵/飯+小食+飲品/甜品,價錢合理。我點了越北生牛肉牛腩片湯檬+越北春卷(2件)+凍椰青糕($90),而且全日不設加一服務費,幾抵食越北生牛肉牛腩片湯檬湯底夠熱,香料味突出,味道清甜,生牛肉上枱亦見粉紅,生牛肉被熱辣辣的湯底輕輕灼熟,牛腩軟腍有肉香,檬粉份量夠多,不會太碎好順滑索湯,食完夠飽肚。河內芝心蝦多士($55)芝心蝦多士炸得香脆,蝦膠上面鋪滿了芝麻,芝麻味特別香,中間夾著流心芝士,邪惡得黎又滋味椰青($30)

湯底夠熱,香料味突出,味道清甜,生牛肉上枱亦見粉紅,生牛肉被熱辣辣的湯底輕輕灼熟,牛腩軟腍有肉香,檬粉份量夠多,不會太碎好順滑索湯,食完夠飽肚。
