今天中午胃口一般，最後就在銅鑼灣內街一間越南式茶餐㕔坐下，叫了一碟越式炒檬粉。配料有扎肉絲，蝦仁和洋葱絲。檬粉炒出來香味四播，食落檬粉幼滑爽口，不象其他炒起來很易黏在一起又會炒爛，碟底沒有一點油,值得一讃！
