To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久唔久就會返來食一餐，口味好啱我地。湯底唔會話飲完口渴，雖然我覺得飯麵係正常水平，但各樣肉類/湯調味都好入味。今次五個人食左咖啡牛腩法包、雞排撈檬、雞絲扎肉湯河、烤牛肉吹波飯、越式拼盤。個人覺得最好食係烤牛肉吹波飯。上菜速度大概十分鐘左右，場內仲有電視會播下越南YouTube, 開拓了我的眼界😉餐廳仲有賣啲越南甜品，有機會都想試下！值得一提牛油果沙冰好好飲，唔係好甜，應該係用料揀得好，無另外加好多糖。
