To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間小店長期都咁多食客，所以決定嚟探店！完全座無虛席，好在枱與枱之間有足夠空間，坐得都幾舒服😌聽店員講原本都係做越式食品，而呢個係泰式食品嘅新餐牌，既然有新菜式，當然要支持一下！辣椒膏炒大頭蝦～蝦既數量係非常多，配菜配搭得宜，汁醬微辣，特別係將蝦開邊，夠晒入味，而且食嘅時候較為方便👍🏻鹹肉炒通菜～通菜炒到翠綠爽口，啲鹹肉亦都肥瘦均勻，當中所落嘅香料都非常惹味，份量十足。泰式海鮮炒金邊粉～海鮮非常多元化，包括青口、魷魚、蜆肉⋯⋯，而且青口非常大粒，入口即有滿足嘅感覺伴隨，味道方便，更加值得一讚，酸辣程度，恰到好處，方面嘅花生啦亦都增添口感。
