To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

越來越難食

譚仔以前的味道很獨特，讓人聞到就會垂涎。如今味道大不如前。常在這家店鋪買外賣，水準每次都不同。今次叫來更是失望，土匪雞翼沒有香味，過橋米線除了辣沒有其他味道，尖椒皮蛋只剩下鹼味，蒜泥白肉沒了蒜香。價格是越來越高，食物質素就是越來越低。明顯感到自從上市以來譚仔便不再注重質量和口味，衹是一味擴張。以前一周吃一次，後來變成一個月，如今我也不知道下次什麼時候才會想再吃這個每次都令人更失望的米線。希望變回從前，還是不要幻想了。
