週六午飯時間在越泰菜館享用了一頓午膳。作為越南泰國兩國菜館,裝潢上亦富有兩國特色,例如同時間掛上越南草帽及掛上泰象的掛畫。一如其他餐廳,午膳時間主要供應午市套餐,定價約六十餘元一份,連飲品一杯。一行二人點了一客飯及一客粉,另加一款小吃。小吃越南春卷,外皮雖做得油身了少許,但確實幾脆,餡料以菜蔬絲為主,另含少許肉碎,是香口小吃。 西貢生熟牛肉湯河,湯頭帶甜,河粉滑身,但牛肉過熟,稍稍韌了少許。 香葉辣肉碎煎蛋飯,單是那隻置於飯面的荷包蛋已給人一份熟識的感覺,破開蛋黃以蛋汁伴飯已是筆者所愛。辣肉碎方面,雖要小辣但也有一定辣度,夠搶口惹味,整體評分比生熟牛肉河佳。 餐飲加 $18 轉椰青,水頭充足,十分清涼甜美,椰肉亦很嫩滑清香,激讚!
