要正宗滷味, 食過灣仔潮州滷一次簡直返唔到轉頭, 而且每一日都見佢門口前面人流勁多, 思思念念成日都想得閒 叫番隻潮州鹵水鴨 加餸, 於是的起心肝,搵日星期六去排隊買。潮州滷的滷味,味道香而不會死鹹,滷汁精瑩,有種越聞越香的感覺, 鹵水和酸汁會分開上, 不會整個外賣盒都是汁醬。今日每樣都執咗少少: 滷水鴨,豬耳, 鴨舌, 腎, 豆腐同蛋滷水鴨滷水鴨色相亮麗, 而且一食就知用貴貨貨,肉質實肉帶爽,不是雪到霉一霉的肉。 而且鴨味也濃郁, 滷香的厚度會慢慢出來,65蚊半隻超大份也抵食。豆腐及滷水蛋滷得入味, 豆香園滷水香並重,可以放心食多幾舊。滷水蛋簡單的味道,越吃得出滷水的深度。腎爽口入味, 而且片片切得均勻, 一睇就知師傅刀功一流,吃罷齒頰留香。豬耳朵鹵水豬耳大大片, 厚肉而不會感覺肥膩,耳朵切得大小適中, 咬落爽脆軟淋的絕對是佐酒佳品。讚好回應
