生牛肉河,炸春卷,滴漏咖啡...都是越南菜的表表者,不過今時今日要有新思維才可脫穎而出,好似今晚嚟間越南菜館就有新概念,有多款餸菜比較少有的。牛油果沙冰坊間少見,小清新。最初還心大心細怕會太膩又飽肚。嚐了第一口,感覺清淡有草青香味,慢慢啖出牛油果香,好正!單骨雞翼方便易食。即叫即製熱呼呼,店員還忠告小心熨咀,非常細心。好彩不太油膩,還保持肉的嫰滑。蟹膏湯檬湯底清甜鮮味,但欠缺了預期的味道,蟹膏香不夠特出。 肉丸軟熟份量不少,豆卜和檬粉吸盡湯的精華,餸料還有蕃茄,札肉,洋蔥,豐富。

牛油果沙冰
