下班心血來潮想吃越南菜,抬頭一看見這家La'taste環境不錯,在這悶熱之天氣下也就不作它選了。 La'taste走的是新派越菜路線,在一片湖水藍色的襯托下,一系列原木桌椅配上和暖色調,帶出年輕跳脱的印象,用餐環境温喛、舒適。最初還以為是越棧一類的速食越菜,只是翻開餐牌一看,菜式多樣化而精緻,也有好些fusion菜式。 天氣悶熱的關係,先點上飲品來降温吧!較喜歡這杯薄荷葉鮮青檸梳打($32),薄荷清新,配上青檸的清酸,感覺十分refresh。而菠蘿椰子沙冰($35)菠蘿椰子味較淡薄,味道只是一般而已。 三文魚籽黑魚籽墨魚餅($62)賣相精緻的一道,黄金香脆的墨魚餅以黒魚籽點綴,墨魚膠十分彈牙鮮甜,加上金不換的辛香,口感味道甚有層次。 魷魚藕苗沙律($78)在餐牌上看到「藕苗」二字已是兩眼發亮。此物甚為稀罕,嘗過後滋味難忘,這是蓮藕的幼苖,食味卻是兩碼子的事。藕苗新鮮爽脆,而且清甜多汁。汁醬微辣帶酸,魚露香氣十足,更欣賞的是那魷魚鮮嫩得很,十分可口的涼拌菜。 冬蔭公海鮮飯($108)置放在煎鍋上,相當足量的説。用上大蝦、帶子、青口、鮮鱿等。海鮮用料十足,香燒大蝦燒得鮮美香口,還帶點點蝦膏
