近月來似乎跟Buffet結下了不解緣,差不多每個月至少有一次機會,讓在下可以一展所長。這一年來不論自費或是邀約的buffet,都看得出大家都有長足的進步。每次去到MoMo Café,菜色都有所改善,而每次去到,都覺得客人比之前多了,無疑是一個好現象。餐廳提供兩款特飲,包括酒精飲品 (Lemango Colada)($50)及無酒精飲品 (Virgin Lemango Colada)($30),用芒果汁、椰漿及香茅打成,充滿熱帶風情,鮮甜滑溜。Seafood Station最吸引人的莫過於大連鮑魚,柔韌而充滿彈性,加上用日式醬油煮過及起肉,吃起來安心又窩心,只不過醬油味依然很淡,而且星期五六日先有供應,平日用扇貝代替,大家可要注意。再來是法國蟶子、法國藍貝及法國白蜆;蟶子味略淡,要蘸點一下醬油;藍貝甜美可口;白蜆肉質細緻嫩滑。最後是常見的東風螺、海蝦、長腳蟹爪及英倫海峽羔蟹;東風螺旁邊竟然有海鮮醬提供,但凍食始終有欠風味,如果可以即焯即食,效果及味道一定好得多;英倫海峽羔蟹依舊多羔,吃得甘香豐腴。食刺身最怕雪味或欠新鮮,所以另一個注目位是即劏三文魚,原條三文魚由師傅分割,大家可order

刺身最怕雪味或欠新鮮,所以另一個注目位是即劏三文魚,原條三文魚由師傅分割,大家可order喜歡的部位,夠新鮮了吧?難怪整條魚一下子便消失得無影無踪。

泰式九層塔炒蜆絲毫沒有令人討厭的碎砂,加上有九層塔的香味,如果蜆隻的size可以大一點就更好。

上次來已經試過果香陳皮骨,有著淡淡的果皮香味,咬落又不會好韌,其實比起坊間不少餐廳還要好。

娘惹叻沙其實只是湯,在下貪得意,在焯料吧點了碗海鮮米粉,再澆上叻沙湯,微辛的口感,的確醒胃,只嫌椰香的味道不足。

五柳糖醋桂花魚
賣相沒上海店的亮麗,但甜酸汁的調教卻是不遑多讓,桂花魚肉質嫩滑無骨,蘸上醬汁更惹味,炸過的魚皮位帶少許脆香,不錯。

先後喝了兩款湯,西式是忌廉洋蔥湯,很濃稠及幽香,奶白色的忌廉湯滿有洋蔥香味,洋蔥切絲煮至軟稔,甜味通通跑到湯裡。而中式是海底椰燉雞,湯色清澈,喝起來有陣陣海底椰的芳香。
