To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大胃又再次去北上，粉嶺行轉山，事後當然要去聯和墟explore吓啦今次去咗越南餐廳，歎個飽肚下午茶，呢間嘅湯河價錢唔貴，但非常大碗而且牛堅有牛味，湯都有肉味豬頸肉肉質彈牙，食唔停口河粉好紮實，唔會散，食得好爽雞翼又好脆口喎，香茅味又夠呢度有正宗嘅越南咖啡可以送吓飯，胃民需要醒神即嗌打開睇吓咩料，就咁睇好足料滴出嚟夠晒濃，醒晒呀三色冰亦邪亦「正」，雖肥膩但好鬼jeng作為行山後慰勞自己嘅一餐，大滿足呀
