To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 電話訂坐，問左一句會否有較靜位置，對方’主動‘ 安排單邊位，本來感覺服務不錯，但到達時再問係咪有單邊，門口‘服務員’ 無正面答，話只得一張枱啱就啱（態度並不友善），到枱位置，見到鄰近單邊位客人準備走，我隨意問一員工，佢話咩都唔知要問門口 ‘服務員’，呢位‘服務員‘態度異常強硬話’不得轉位！‘ 然後堅持有人已訂坐，其實我亦是訂坐客，點解你可安排比’其他客‘但我唔得？而且我先到達，佢無法解答，繼續橫蠻惡劣堅持，咁我唯有離場，反正樓上樓下好多酒樓。其實我剛坐底單都未落，想轉一個佢哋本來安排既位，唔知點解佢反應咁強烈，咁既’服務‘，此集團永不再考慮。
