To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假同另一行過，見到無乜人聽講個菠蘿包好出名諗住入去試下，坐地即刻有個啊姐問食乜，未食過就睇下有乜好食先嗌啦，所以就同啊姐講睇睇先，啊姐黑曬面行開。過幾分鐘睇岩啦，叫啊姐過黎落單，佢行過唔應機，再過幾分鐘其他客人叫，佢就過去落單，就係咁嘅情況，成56分鐘都無人理我呢枱，我諗算啦，可能真係好忙，過幾分鐘先再叫啦，之後啊姐行過，我就再嗌唔該落單，啊姐就一句，頭先你坐底唔嗌，依家無人得閒理你。小弟即刻無名火起，下刪一萬句粗口，我坐低食嘢比錢你賺，要受你氣？你個腦無問題啊？立即同另一半走人。隨後聽到格離枱話搵食環，睇下呢間老字號仲有幾耐玩？
