To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

整個下午到位於樓上的客戶on-site 做野。下午五點鐘在這兒吃了個sandwich 餐，係鹹牛肉蛋三文治，配熱奶茶（$18）。味道唔錯，果係美心集團的出品。晚上八點三在這兒吃了份碟頭飯晚餐，係粟米魚柳飯，配熱奶茶（$33）。味道都幾好，但係當店員係你面前把那砵粟米魚柳放入微波爐翻熱，那一刻，總有點想法，有回家吃父母留給我的晚餐的感覺！服務幾好！食完‘拿拿淋’返上去繼續趕工至深夜一點半！
