前陣子長龍食店,不知排到何年何月,今次特意早點去,星期三 晚上7:00,等了一陣就可入座,雖然有點迫,但點都想食個新品,足三兩花膠肉餅十分吸引。其實呢度真係超多款式的肉餅,有成36款肉餅,還有油飯或菜飯,小食及菜。原盅花膠燉蟲草也很吸引。芥香木耳 $22,十分爽脆而不會硬,有濃濃蒜香味加上芥末的微微辛辣,刺激又開胃。老火靚湯是紅蘿蔔老火湯,清而不膩,滋潤溫和幾好飲。友人點的鮮味蟹粉肉餅飯$98,加$2轉菜飯,店員提意煮法用煎的。肉餅很大塊,煎得好香口,肥瘦豬肉比較剛好,肥肉有肉油香及令肉餅更彈牙,瘦肉增加咬感又夠肉味,食肉獸一定要來食。蟹粉鋪滿肉餅上,味道提升不少,有蟹膏的特有濃郁味,也很夾肉餅。配菜飯多份健康,而且做得不油,食完負擔不大。足三兩花膠肉餅 $98,好華麗,估唔到肉餅都可以加花膠,立即貴氣盡現。超多花膠,有三大塊,真的足足有三兩之多,好幸福呀。呢款煮法選了用蒸的,令花膠同肉餅更配合。花膠唔係薄薄個款,食落好有質感,都算厚身,食到軟彈質感,煮得軟綿不爛。連同肉餅食,口感真係幾豐富,加上花膠對身體有好處,$98就補到身體,味道又好,我個人誠意推介。分量也很多,同朋友交換分享最
