什菇肉眼片龍蝦湯泡飯,觀念上泡飯是湯、材料和飯一齊滚出來的,可上枱才知是湯和材料,而飯是分開上的。龍蝦湯底亦令人很懷疑,目測相當清澈,同一般上湯無疑,便問了是否弄錯其他湯底。答案是中式煮法,用龍蝦殼煮成的湯底。咁就喝龍蝦湯底先,第一啖嚐到的也是清湯帶清甜的味道。可是多喝幾啖,味道變得濃一些,嚐到淡淡的龍蝦海鮮味。吃到最後見底部有微細的紅色碎粒,應是類似蝦殻的碎片。湯中除什菇片、豬肉眼片外,薄薄的一片片鬆軟淋滑,吃多了也不覺滯。亦有生菜,湯與飯分開,令你能喝到湯的鮮味。不過,你要有心理準備,如你只好濃味的美食,這個可能會覺得淡味的。另一款套餐:砂𦍑雞套飯,配有鮮雞湯,據說用很多雞一起煑出來的,與龍蝦湯一樣,不含味精。而正與龍蝦湯相反,雞湯明顯無論味道、顏色都濃很多,喝得出有雞味。雞肉都嫰滑,而且分量不少。蠔油生菜如果想吃原味、健康的,這裏也是一個不錯的選擇。
