To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐揀左帆立貝菌皇海鮮濃蝦汁意大利飯,$65跟湯or飲品,加左$8 upgrade做latte。個飯好夠熱,個汁好濃郁,好足料。有6隻蜆,2隻蝦,有青口,帆立貝,仲有好多蘑菇,有d幼條脆身既,我估係魚乾,仲有d翠玉瓜粒。$65黎講,我覺得好足料,仲唔洗加一。環境黎講,我一個人,坐近門口高枱。高枱就麻麻地好坐,得凳有個位放腳,如果枱腳都有個位放腳會好坐d。同埋係通道位,會keep住有人行過,li 期疫情中,感覺無咁安全。見入面有d卡位,卡位同卡位中間有高紙板隔住。餐具係一袋袋好1 set。
