To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前網上唔少網友都有介紹依間位於火井既小店麵館，特別推介豬手👍 雖然自己唔太情有獨鍾，但咁近屋企就一試無妨。

店鋪12點開門，進店時只見女老闆一人在準備，不斷都聽到電話，外送單接單，都真係幾受歡迎。

我叫咗豬手加酥炸雞扒湯麵，$39。今日唔趕時間可以慢慢等。

依度係用外賣餐具，遲吓政府立法都唔知佢地會點處理🤔

碗麵真係好足料，雞扒真係酥炸唔係整定，肉質嫩滑，可惜因為放咗落湯度影響脆感，否則會更好食。
