To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日 同屋企人聚會因此就去左新開既陶源酒家用膳啦其中我地都有相熟既經理 因此 享受既服務亦一直唔錯因為我遲到 所以一到達就開始上菜了先上既菜係片皮鴨鴨皮有少許脂肪 但仍然是脆的但有一兩塊真的太肥了加上餅皮 和伴菜  算是可以第二道則係一尾蒸魚 蒸魚鮮味 因為是親人到現場即場挑選既第三道菜是 准山煲勝瓜由於這兩種食材我都不太好所以不作評論 但從同行親人口中獲知味道不俗還有一道菜是野菌煮黑豚肉👍👍👍這個是最好吃的菜餚 既可撈飯 黑豚肉又軟身可口總括這一餐的菜餚十分足料

總括這一餐的菜餚十分足料
