To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 幾年前喺將軍澳店食過烤魚，覺得好正，一直想返嚟試個雞煲。咁啱天氣急凍，即刻book枱。店面幾大、乾淨，店員attentive。 ✦ 極品鮑魚雞煲嗌咗半份，都已經好大盤，包半隻雞同四隻鮑魚。雞煲醬汁濃郁、好惹味，辣度麻度都可以揀，我哋揀咗bb辣小麻，都辣辣哋、麻得幾過癮。鮑魚索晒啲汁，但都食得出鮮味，口感唔錯。雞肉嫩滑、有雞味，唔同部位都有，煲得越耐越入味。 ✦ 麻辣涼拌魚皮冷盤。質地嫩滑、口感爽彈。醬汁唔會太濃太搶，幾啱當飯前開胃菜。 ✦ 冰火魷魚都係冷盤。香辣、惹味、開胃。魷魚口感爽嫩，冇浸泡太耐。總括嚟講，食物質素唔錯、價錢合理。
