今日喺天水圍睇完醫生,去咗T Town間海港酒家打邊爐,見佢門口寫住冇限時,又有一個海鮮拼盤,就入去坐吓。一坐低,就攞咗個蘿蔔豬骨鍋湯底,跟住嚟埋個海鮮盤,有六款海鮮咁多。仲有特級安格斯肥牛、巨型水餃王、同埋豪皇鮑魚鵝掌各一份。我哋先食咗湯底入邊啲肉同埋碟鵝掌,跟住就開始叫火鍋配料打邊爐。佢哋啲配料都好多款,有黑豚肉、豬肚豬皮、鵝腸、鴨紅、鮮蝦滑、同埋各式丸類。烚到咁上下,就開始叫啲蔬菜,所有肉類同埋蔬菜都好新鮮,6款海鮮就每日都未必一樣,睇吓廚師點樣發辦。最特別佢哋仲有紅薯粉,食到個肚脹卜卜。
