今日喺天水圍睇完醫生,去咗T Town間海港酒家打邊爐,見佢門口寫住冇限時,又有一個海鮮拼盤,就入去坐吓。一坐低,就攞咗個蘿蔔豬骨鍋湯底,跟住嚟埋個海鮮盤,有六款海鮮咁多。仲有特級安格斯肥牛、巨型水餃王、同埋豪皇鮑魚鵝掌各一份。我哋先食咗湯底入邊啲肉同埋碟鵝掌,跟住就開始叫火鍋配料打邊爐。佢哋啲配料都好多款,有黑豚肉、豬肚豬皮、鵝腸、鴨紅、鮮蝦滑、同埋各式丸類。烚到咁上下,就開始叫啲蔬菜,所有肉類同埋蔬菜都好新鮮,6款海鮮就每日都未必一樣,睇吓廚師點樣發辦。最特別佢哋仲有紅薯粉,食到個肚脹卜卜。

年初二,出去茶樓飲茶開年,揸車去咗天水圍T Town,貪佢哋泊車方便,又多車位。嗰日飲茶都幾多人,不過等咗一陣間都有位。過年梗係有啲特別啲嘅點心,所以都要叫吓。睇完點心紙,叫咗髪茶蠔豉粥、春卷、燒賣、雞蛋牛肉腸、蜆介鯪魚球同埋黑金流沙包。個雞蛋牛肉腸幾特別,將啲雞蛋撈埋落去啲粉度,幾香雞蛋味。炸鯪魚球好多地方都有,不過呢度有蜆介醬,成個點心味道即刻提升咗,好食。流沙包賣相好好,出到嚟仲係有流沙嘅感覺,又唔係太甜。整體嚟講,呢間茶樓點心嘅水準都唔差,喺過年時間有加多少少服務費,都係值得嘅,因為咁多樓面同廚房嘅夥計喺過年時都開工提供服務俾我哋。

今晚一家人6大1BB食餐飯,入座時8點前,落單時要聖子無聖子,要冬瓜盅無冬瓜盅,都唔緊要,1號職員態度極不耐煩,其實落單我哋想要嘅野無,咁當然要再即時揀過其他,本人已經從來無要求職員介紹有咩餸菜,依頭答完我無要求我即時,係即時再答佢要咩,non-stop講「螺頭湯,螺頭湯⋯⋯要咩?要咩?要咩?」完全唔俾時間人哋望下知餐牌,而且態度同語氣係極度惡劣,西聲西氣,我叫佢你等一等,你話無嘅我都要望一望先,最後叫佢落左有果啲先。之後我哋再揀好左3個餸,已經唔想搵返一職員落單,搵左另一個2號職員,嘩~~真係青出於藍,態度仲過1號職員,我哋一開始已講「我哋想加3個餸」,2號職員相當有信心咁寫都唔寫低,睇住我哋指住菜單逐個菜,依3個菜我哋係一路指一路講埋菜名,之後佢好快手咁話好,再搶埋個菜單,最愕然係佢竟然答我哋「加1個菜呀」,真係俾佢吹漲,然後又要我哋再重覆一次,都仲未肯寫低,結果落單時俾返張單我哋睇,又係錯單,連基本尊重都無,我哋直情今次跟住佢去部機度睇住佢落單。最後先係重頭戲,我哋嗌左半斤蝦,隔離檯都嗌左半斤蝦,因為懷疑唔夠秤,結果隔離檯叫個經理黎處理一下,經理收起左隔離檯碟蝦後,或者佢真係做到

呢間真係以後無下次首先睇到佢酒樓門口嘅宣傳廣告,聲稱星期一至五$188任食打邊爐不限時,我喺5月10號早上嘅時候打電話book枱.當時職員用廣東話溝通,但完全聽唔明廣東話,包括我嘅姓氏,講咗大概20次字,之後,我收線再打電話去,已經表明要book枱5月11號要食任食打邊爐,依然都係聽唔明我姓乜嘢都算啦,我book枱打算book七點,跟住對方要求一定要六點前入座,跟住我已經問又話不限時任食打邊爐?係強迫人book 6點前!總括嚟講佢係知道我要book打邊爐的。最後我喺5月11號5:55去到餐廳嘅時候,佢話冇打邊爐,我已經強調自己係早一天打電話嚟book位,點解冇人通知?而家係特登早收工搭車去你哋酒樓,而家先同我哋講冇得食!對方職員淡淡,然話咁你而家食小菜囉。另外我有個朋友喺美國遠到而來,只係皮膚比較黑少少,對方都以為係工人姐姐,我朋友正想睇下樓門口嘅宣傳餐牌嘅時候,對方職員已態度惡劣將我朋友趕走,叫佢唔好搞。呢個員工真係好離譜囉!比錢就可以入嚟食㗎啦,點解要咁樣?

早兩日去咗先天水圍頌富商場呢間酒樓打邊爐❤️首先湯底方面叫咗胡椒豬肚雞煲,好好味😙😙😙啲海鮮好新鮮🐟🦐🦀啲蟹又有膏❤️啲蝦都好新鮮😚不過海鮮就唔係任食嘅 係一次性嘅海鮮盤啫😽之後可以任叫嘅嘢食都OK多元化🙌🏻有肥牛、各種丸、豚肉等等😆重有每人有一隻鮑魚、鵝掌都好林好入味😳👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻埋單加埋一每人$210左右🤤食到好飽,都幾抵食啦👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻

啲海鮮好新鮮🐟🦐🦀啲蟹又有膏❤️啲蝦都好新鮮😚不過海鮮就唔係任食嘅 係一次性嘅海鮮盤啫😽

之後可以任叫嘅嘢食都OK多元化🙌🏻有肥牛、各種丸、豚肉等等😆

重有每人有一隻鮑魚、鵝掌都好林好入味😳👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

埋單加埋一每人$210左右🤤食到好飽,都幾抵食啦👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻

2月9日晚,家人放假一同前往享用晚餐。進餐廳時,櫃檯職員只顧按手機,不理進來的客人,因此我在沒有任何招待下,直行進入茶樓,直至被一名樓面發現才有人理我。叫了三個菜:清蒸老虎斑、農家走地雞及瑤柱扒豆苗。首先,職員漏單,多次提出漏單問題,三次裡有兩次都對我們不理不睬,視而不見,直行直過。幾經辛苦才上了第一碟菜,農家走地雞,先論賣相,似放了很久,但尚可接受。吃下去,先是肥,雞髀位置肥膏多,尚可;然後就是乾及嚡,除雞髀位置,全部都很雞吃。過半小時,終於上第二道菜,清蒸老虎斑,這算是不錯的菜,因為熟及豉油調得好。最後的一道菜,已經不記得等了多久,催了三次,才知廚房儲足一定數量的下單數才煮。味道算最不錯,最香最好吃。但等待過程令人難耐,下次不會來。
