同家人喺銅鑼灣行完街就周圍蕩搵好嘢食,蕩下蕩下畀呢間新開食店個名吸引住,唔知同謝生有無關係嘅呢?呵呵~就係抱住呢份好奇心,一於入去試試啦~餐牌好簡單,一目了然,有3大款牛肉粉畀大家揀,分別係招牌清湯牛肉粉、紅燒牛肉粉同紅油牛肉粉,由於我哋成家人都唔係幾食得辣,所以一致決定捧清湯牛肉粉場,一人一碗~等咗幾分鐘度牛肉粉就上枱喇,齋睇買相都覺得唔錯,湯底望落幾清,大家齊齊試飲一啖,飲得出係用牛骨熬製而成嘅濃湯,盡收精華,估計應該花咗唔少時間同材料去熬,再嚟齊齊試一啖米粉,粗度介乎平日食開嘅米線同米粉,入口相當爽滑~老豆揀咗配牛肉丁,雖然話係肉丁,但其實一啲都唔「丁」,仲幾大粒添~老豆話牛味夠濃,咬落彈牙有口感又夠腍,佢仲貪得意學人撒咗一勺花溪辣椒落去試試,話成碗麵即時更香更惹味~我同阿媽就揀咗牛肉片,夾起嚟睇晶瑩剔透,厚薄恰到好處,咬落肉質嫩滑,牛味香濃,連埋米粉同湯一齊入口,滋味double up,真係估唔到清湯都可以做到咁美味~聽到隔離枱話,原來連習主席都係貴州牛肉粉嘅忠粉,所以牛肉粉喺內地係超級火紅,估唔到我哋一家咁就無意中食咗「國家級美食」!
