在網路上得知,這𥚃新開張,其間有六八折,16/4/2019後,都有七八折,當然第一時間來試。這麼除了卡位、圓枱,還有貴賓房。座位寛闊,適合家聚。 銀湯腿翅鍋$389,大大鍋的雞湯內,有兩隻48個月的黑毛豬火腿腳和半隻雞,雞湯味道濃郁而帶著火腿的醎香味,是不折不扣的火腿雞湯。魚翅大約有四両,侍應待拍照後,就放進鍋內,滾起即可以先喝湯,因為太好喝,不知不覺喝了三碗,才開始火鍋。以這個價錢,看似很貴,不過喝完絕對是值得的。桶蠔$169,從未試過一桶蠔得四隻,所以蠔身是又大又厚,蠔味十足,吃兩都好夠了。四寶丸$89,全部都是自家製,所以爽口彈牙,其中以墨魚丸最為突出。滋味響鈴$49,用來吸收湯㡳的味道,是最佳火鍋配料。一間真材實料的火鍋店,湯底最重要的,期待下次再來試試其他鍋底。
