🐷知我又無乜心情，特別搵間食花膠又厚身又大塊的花膠店定我補補身，一入餐廳已經有古色風味的中國風，餐廳大搞宮廷gimmick 又龍椅又古裝衫。但我發現餐廳最大gimmick 係食材上乘，份量又勁足平時都愛麻辣底，今次🐷特意叫花膠雞湯，餐廳一到就奉上九宮調味，又衞生又企理。終於到我最愛花膠，店員話滾起先飲花膠湯，湯底濃厚又入味，真係滿滿的骨膠原❤️湯底仲有雞半隻，啲雞仲好嫩滑手切本地牛頸脊肉質鮮嫩，保留了豐富的油脂，口感滑順且多汁滾得囍宮廷餃子拼盤：有五款餃子：和牛餃、菜苗餃、韮菜餃、芋頭餃、豬肉馬蹄香菇餃黃金雙拼：咸蛋炸響鈴外皮金黃酥脆，裡面包裹著香濃的咸蛋黃，炸魚皮的外層酥脆，再有濃濃的蛋黃味滾得囍豐盛雜菜拼盤：蕃茄、粟米、雲耳，仲有幾款菜式牛柏葉够爽口，浸淫湯底的味道🐷選竹蔗茅根解渴，我就生啤下火
