朋友喜歡潮式菜,所以這晚專程來試試潮味居的菜色。先來每人一碗紅燒花膠翅,翅多夠濃味,濃稠美味,很想再來一碗。滷水雙拼是鵝腸和鵝片,滷水味道突出,鵝腸爽滑可口,鵝片肉質鬆軟,味道很香。珍珠菜川椒雞球生煎墨魚餅做得比較出色,墨魚餅彈牙可口,可吃到粒粒墨魚,鮮味十足!傳統香煎蠔仔烙充滿蛋香味道,蠔仔雖小但很新鮮呢!滷水腩肉燘春菜煲,春菜燘得腍腍的,香甜嫩滑,湯頭清甜。潮州方魚炒芥蘭咸香可口,芥蘭翠綠爽脆,方魚卜土脆,很香很惹味!慢火煎原條咸馬友炸得香脆,估唔到魚質都幾嫩滑,唔錯!
