位於天后呢間《頭啖湯》(First Taste Soup) 港式火煱店打甂爐!店內佈置好有趣,牆上貼滿廣東話(gwong2 dung1waa6)併音同粵語正字,個是日餐牌就係細個成日用既筆記簿我哋喺book位嘅時候,一早預訂咗個超足份量既『冬瓜瑤柱鮑魚雞湯底』$298既價錢入面有4隻飽魚、瑤柱、雞、同一大底冬瓜。店員仲叮囑我地打甂爐前記得試咗個湯底原味先。鮑魚瑤柱雞湯湯底非常濃味,我地全部人都忍唔住試咗一殼之後再飲多咗一碗,冬瓜打邊爐到最後食,吸收晒成個湯底精華,真係冇得頂👍🏻。我地當晚點咗:肉類:手切安格斯雪花牛肉 $138 / 西班牙黑豚肉 $108 / 新鮮肥鵝腸 $68 / 手打墨魚丸$98 / 白苦瓜餃子 $32菜同其他:日本滑豆腐$38 / 皇帝菜 $38 / 白蘿蔔 $28 / 響鈴卷 $38 / 稻庭烏冬 $20飲品:檸檬梳打 $58/壺黑豚肉同牛肉比預想中好食, 墨魚丸都好彈牙, 白苦瓜餃子係外面未見過既嘗試。其他都係我打邊甂最鐘意既食品。當晚電視播住奧運直播,同好客既店員同店主暢談最近全城熱話,成個店都超級有氣氛,我同朋友都食得好開心!👏🏻
