To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

越翠苑係荃灣同大窩口中間既位置，好似係越南人主理，性價比幾高，而且餐牌選擇都幾多，見到有啲野食係其他越南餐廳到冇見過見，好似有吹波牛肉飯咁，唔知咩叫吹波😂不過因為今次想食湯麵所以就冇試到。1️⃣蟹膏檬粉（$56）勁多料！入面有豬紅、蟹膏餅、扎肉、蕃茄、菜、豆卜，每一樣料都比得好多😍好似豬紅咁，我諗都有四五舊😂湯底帶清甜番茄味，最尾我飲曬個湯，因為真係太好飲了🙈呢度既檬粉同平時食開既檬粉有啲唔同，呢度既係有啲似米粉咁，不過粗身過普通米粉，食落口爽身啲，都幾特別。 2⃣️豬肉丸檬粉（$57）豬肉丸一樣都係好多粒😂點解可以比得咁足料。湯底比起蟹膏檬粉更加清甜👍不過呢款就冇乜驚喜。 3⃣️越式拼盤（$90）有春捲、蝦肉卷同埋魚露雞翼。份量比我想像中大😂魚露雞翼偏乾身少少，而且唔係好入味，另外蝦肉卷好厚肉，不過口感一般唔算彈牙。最鍾意既係個春捲，炸得夠曬脆得黎一啲都唔油🤤
