To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

世紀廣場裝修後，首次光臨，食了一個愉快以滿足的午餐。2020年12月31日，吃的最後一餐午餐，當然要吃的好。一個人來到裝修好的世紀廣場千両，這裏的午餐餐牌和其他地方有點不同。例如太古的千両一個午餐大概$150至$200，世紀廣場的千兩一個午餐就要$200起. 但是我覺得物有所值，因為滿有驚喜, 食材豐富而且10分新鮮. 我叫了北海丼，海膽極鮮甜，帶子份量好多而且好軟滑好Juicy。簡單講就係好正，必定會返去再食。
