去大埔熟食中心食早餐真係一流,選擇多,又幾乎咩都有得食。呢日就試下「世記」豬扒麵吧!黎到熟食中心人氣店,搭枱是常識。呢日叫左個炸豬扒,配幼麵,想落單叫埋凍飲之時,老闆叫我等隔離檔靚姐幫我落單。「世記」主攻麵食,飲品可以叫隔離檔「蘇記」。話甘快,聞名不如見面的「炸豬扒麵」已經送到黎我面前。炸豬扒同麵分開盛載,甘就可以保持到炸豬扒酥脆,唔會俾D湯浸「淋」曬。幼麵唔係銀絲幼麵,都有少少粗度,咬落幾爽同富彈性,真係唔錯。因為始終帶少少鹼水,所以食時我都落左少少醋(鎮江醋)中和一下。炸豬扒份量真係唔細,有兩大塊。個炸漿據聞係用雞蛋、麵粉,鷹粟粉整,幾脆口之餘,食落亦好有實在感。豬扒帶少許豐腴油脂。下次黎食,會試下酸辣豬扒粗麵,聽落都已經好想食。
