香港人真係好鐘意打邊爐!所以湯底方面真係越出越多花款,越出越豪華!由以前嘅普通莞茜皮蛋、豬骨湯、沙爹湯底,去到依加真係用老火湯煲足幾個鐘嘅湯底嚟打邊爐,好多時湯底反而變咗主菜!每次都會飲完一轉湯,先開始慢慢打邊爐~大一海鮮火鍋嘅湯底都有好多款選擇,而且大部分都好有特色!例如:金湯腿翅鍋、大一花甲蟹鍋、野菌黑松露湯、冬瓜薏米水鴨鍋等⋯金湯腿翅鍋 $399牛魔王拼盤 $399黑松露帶子餃 $68/半份芝味嚮鈴 $69/份檸檬薏米水 $39[分數:7.5/10]打邊爐飲薏米水清熱就最啱~仲加咗檸檬落去,飲落甜甜地,帶少少酸味,仲可以去下油膩感添!

我地揀咗喺餐牌排第一嘅金湯腿翅鍋!鍋底好快就嚟到,真係好足抖!
除咗有一梳梳翅之外,仲有2大舊金華火腿骨同半隻雞!打邊爐前先試下個湯先,湯底好甜,金華火腿味超香濃!所以接近飲晒成煲湯先再加湯打邊爐!

牛魔王拼盤完全可以滿足我對牛嘅渴望!一次過可以試晒本地牛、牛胸爽、安格斯牛肉粒、牛脷!我最鍾意係牛胸爽!咬落真係好香好好食!本地牛有肉香,牛脷薄薄地帶爽脆口感同脂香,而安格斯牛粒就有口感得嚟又帶脂香!

芝味嚮鈴都幾特別,嚟到嘅時候已經聞到芝士味!原來係灑咗好多芝士粉上面~放入去淥嘅話要就住放,唔係嘅話啲芝士粉會直接沖走晒!如果係熱辣辣炸起,就咁即食應該會更好~
