趁著3 月14日,白色情人節,專登book 左天后既「 頭啖湯 」同老公撐抬腳慶祝!餐廳除左「重慶麻辣鷄煲」、「滋潤椰子鷄煲」,重有 2 款特式鍋「麵包蟹鮮茄鍋」、「珍味百菌鍋」。原本想試下 「麵包蟹鮮茄鍋」,好特別,應該好好味。不過見餐廳招牌係椰子雞煲,今次就先食揶子雞煲,下次再食麵包蟹鮮茄鍋吧椰子湯鍋同鷄分開上,湯底非常足料,除左有椰子片之外,重有木耳、竹笙、蟹味菇、京蔥、白玉丹、蟲草花、杞子⋯而且餐廳採用既係印度椰子,所以湯底特別清甜!本身半隻鷄既份量都唔少,同埋幾嫰滑!再加幾碟火鍋配料,非常足夠2 個人食。食火鍋絕不能決少肥牛!手切安格斯雪花肥牛,牛肉味濃,脂肪分佈平均,食落爽口嫩滑,口感佳!桂花蚌+珊瑚蚌,新鮮爽口,雙拼$118,比單點化算很多!除左火鍋,原來重有燉湯($38 好平!)同埋濃湯泡飯/米缐,下次lunch 試下先。

椰子湯鍋同鷄分開上,湯底非常足料,除左有椰子片之外,重有木耳、竹笙、蟹味菇、京蔥、白玉丹、蟲草花、杞子⋯而且餐廳採用既係印度椰子,所以湯底特別清甜!
