其實早於半年前看過報章雜誌介紹鰂魚涌這間主打湯飯和烏冬的《鯛魚魚湯專門店》後,就已經說要找天來試試,但一直未能騰出時間,直至上星期收看了「馬家開飯」,見兩位節目主持人走訪這店,推介它的鮑魚花膠羽衣烏冬及皇帝蟹腳海膽湯飯,感覺吸引,所以就決定趁周末來一嘗。店子座落於鰂魚涌海堤街 6-16 號龍景大廈地下,踏進店,第一個感覺就是,嘩!只是晚上 6pm,竟然咁旺場,只剩下幾個面壁座位,可見實力一斑。立即入座,翻開餐牌,項目選擇比預期還要多,單是魚湯烏冬一欄就足足有 23 款,令人眼花繚亂,另外亦有多款鯛魚魚湯飯、鯛魚定食、小吃及飲品。如果想食得豐富一點,更可以追加鮑魚、花膠、魚肚、帶子、鯛魚片等等,全部明碼實價。至於另一張餐牌就有餐廳另一人氣之選:皇帝蟹腳海膽湯飯,據說每日限量發售,售完即止。筆者向來無飯癮,選了鮑魚花膠魚湯烏冬,另追加咗鯛魚片 ($116+$18)。成品上桌後,先呷一口呈奶白色的魚湯,湯底很鮮甜,帶濃郁的麻油香,既低脂又膠質豐富,用料十足,很不錯。再挾起手打烏冬,滑溜彈牙,帶麵粉香;鯛魚片水準亦不俗,切得夠厚身,入口鮮甜無渣。最期待的鮑魚和花膠,更是整碗烏冬的亮點,前者彈牙

筆者向來無飯癮,選了鮑魚花膠魚湯烏冬,另追加咗鯛魚片 ($116+$18)。成品上桌後,先呷一口呈奶白色的魚湯,湯底很鮮甜,帶濃郁的麻油香,既低脂又膠質豐富,用料十足,很不錯。再挾起手打烏冬,滑溜彈牙,帶麵粉香;鯛魚片水準亦不俗,切得夠厚身,入口鮮甜無渣。最期待的鮑魚花膠,更是整碗烏冬的亮點,前者彈牙味鮮,清甜入味,口感煙韌,滋味無窮;而花膠就膠質夠重,吸滿魚湯後,吃起來亦很鮮甜爽口。

至於老公就點了鮑魚花膠魚湯湯飯,另追加咗一隻帶子 ($116+$18)。成品以熱鍋上桌,飯下點了爐火保溫,以妨魚湯冷了變腥,做法窩心。搶先嘗了一口湯底,可能是較熱辣的關係,魚味比先前鍋烏冬嘅魚湯更鮮濃,滋潤養顏。至於湯飯,據說用的是日本珍珠米,咬下煙煙韌韌,飽滿帶甜,配魚湯、木耳絲和炸米等一起吃,十分匹配。日本帶子,水準亦不俗,大粒爽嫩,味道甜美無比。

餐飲方面,原來凡惠顧湯烏冬或湯飯,點罐裝飲品只需 + $6,而特飲就半價。

見鄰桌食客點的餃子雞翼 ($38),賣相很吸引,所以亦跟風點了一客。雞翼釀入了豬肉餡,外形脹卜卜,一啖咬下,外皮帶些少甜,入面餃子有雞肉的鮮味,食落有口感之餘仲啖啖肉,令人吃得滿足,推介雞翼 fans 試試!其實這晚到訪,最意外就是店子雖然細細間,但菜牌選擇竟然可以咁豐富,等兒子考完試,一於舉家再訪。
