揀左間新開既中菜慶祝生日,地點係油麻地地鐵站附近,唔難搵,都算就腳。環境:西餐廳格局,乾淨,sofa位,坐得舒服既~頭盤:蟶子(凍食),微辣,爽口,正~ 黑色細細粒果d係醋,好有心思,果味道好夾。酸辣魚翅:以為係酸辣湯加翅,原來唔係,誤會左😅,實物係一碟翅,味道幾特別,可以一試。湯:叫左人參雞同五指毛桃老雞,燉湯夠熱,足料。主菜:黑磚豆腐 - 外脆內軟,不過個皮偏咸左少少。酸菜魚 - 微辣多酸,正😋。蔥蒜雞 - 皮脆肉嫩,仲加左芋泥打底,好有驚喜,因為我好鍾意食芋頭😂。蛋黃蝦 - 炸粉好薄,減少左油膩感,唔錯,蝦肉厚身彈牙👍🏻。啫啫芥蘭 - 有好多蝦乾,不過偏咸左少少,因為我地無叫白飯🤣。塔香茄子 - 咸香味濃,唔錯唔錯。甜品:綠豆沙 - 鍾意食綠豆沙既朋友唔好錯過,綠豆起沙,而且甜度剛剛好~
