To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前看廣告知道富山今天推出Hello Kitty拉麵，收工就決定去試下，晚上7:30左右去到的時候嚇了一跳，超級多人排隊龍尾居然排到去Via Tokyo 門口，為了碗Hello Kitty拉麵唯有照排啦，過了一小時多店裡的工作人員出來數人數，看是否有足夠的拉麵供應，一數之下原來還有百多人在排隊，幸好店舖的拉麵供應量充足沒有cut走人，其實本身拉麵店營業時間是12:00-22:00的，但排隊的人實在太多了，唯有延長營業時間給排隊的人都可以食到拉麵，等了3小時終於可以入去了，店裡地方細小, 大概只可容納二十多人，整張枱面、放調味料的架子及筷子套都是用Hello Kitty包裝，十分搶眼，枱面上還放了一壺水給客人飲用我們諗住叫餐牌推介在日本No.1的一款，可惜店員說沒有半熟蛋了，只能選擇其它款式，那就唯有叫了激辛味噌和札幌味噌，再加一碟餃子(六隻)，但店員建議拉麵要細份量的，因她說門外還有很多人排隊，怕材料不夠，拉麵很快便送上來了，每碗拉麵都是用kitty碗盛載及配上一片紫菜，紫菜上印有Kitty圖案，賣相相當吸引我吃的激辛拉麵辣味適中，麵條質量很好，不會太淋，可惜得一片义燒太少了餃子皮煎
