To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二年既渣馬全馬，亦都係第二次既渣馬後的君御。上年好lucky, 燒鵝叉燒飯，師傅畀左隻燒鵝脾我，雖然今年無脾，但依然出色。香港既燒味對於外國人黎講係吸引，但睇旅遊書介紹或者，大多數會介紹返d出名而且價錢都有番咁上下既店。而君御係我首選介紹畀喜歡燒味既外國朋友。性價比非常高，我個人最喜愛肥叉！！！要真係肥先好味。果種肥滋滋既美味，絕對會令你感動。Set左跑完渣那可以食肥叉，我覺得我既目標好明確。
