To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跑馬地嘅感覺離不開豪宅同馬場，望住呢度嘅景像，唔知我有無機會入住跑馬地呢？喺我發緊白日夢之際，朋友就話肚餓喇，其實食少幾餐，可能我哋都買得起跑馬地啦！邊行邊搵嘢食，呢間播住老上海情懷嘅歌，就一於試試上海弄堂菜肉餛飩都唔錯。酸辣湯餛飩酸辣湯嘅濃稠度適中，酸同辣嘅配合啱啱好，而最驚喜係材料超多，冬菇最厚肉最好味，而餛飩有成5隻，聽講係全人手包嘅，餡料內嘅菜超多，好有口感，而肉汁令到成個餛飩好juicy！醉雞擔擔麵醉雞嘅酒味好香，雞肉嫩滑，唔太肥膩，可能係跟擔擔麵嘅關系，所以份量唔算多。擔擔麵唔辣，花生味香濃，好惹味。

醉雞擔擔麵
醉雞嘅酒味好香，雞肉嫩滑，唔太肥膩，可能係跟擔擔麵嘅關系，所以份量唔算多。擔擔麵唔辣，花生味香濃，好惹味。
