To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗跑馬地上海弄堂，見最近涼涼地想食啲暖嘢，上海菜就啱曬我同朋友！先嚟嘅係熱辣辣嘅大麥茶，味道香濃。我哋叫咗一個超值一人套餐同一個午市套餐share食，十分實惠。朋友試咗陽春麵，麵條彈牙有嚼勁，而且相對幼身，好啱佢口味。我就揀咗健康嘅菜飯，好大碗。前菜揀咗我最鍾意嘅鎮江肴肉。呢味特色菜整得非常好，唔會太肥膩，好似啫喱咁嘅口感。主菜揀咗紅燒牛肉，仲有白蘿蔔，白蘿蔔炆得幾好，夠腍夠入味。另外一道主菜揀咗鎮江排骨，亦非常值得品嚐，酸酸甜甜的味道非常開胃。飲品我叫咗杯凍豆漿，幾香滑。朋友叫左杯茅根甘蔗水，清清甜甜咁，中和返今餐比較濃味嘅食物。超值套餐仲送咗酸辣湯，係我最鍾意嘅湯之一。味道濃沃又足料，既開胃又有口感，辣辣地仲可以暖身。
